My husband has not been able to get a bucket hat to fit his head all his adult life. We have tried everywhere on the high street. Looking online I was getting disillusioned with either price or not being in the UK. I came across village hats and ordered a XXL olive bucket hat. Ordered on 31st of July and came on 3rd August. It fitted perfectly. My husband is very happy. Will definitely order again.

Ordered a hat to Estonia. I figured it might be too small so I contacted customer service. They answered me at once and said that if my measurement was correct the hat would fit perfectly. The package was trackable in great detail and shipped super fast to Estonia! The Hat was fantastic, fits perfectly, looks good and is really good quality. Considering purchasing another.

Ich habe mir einen Cowboyhut bestellt, dieser kam zügig und gut verpackt an. Der Preis war günstig, der Hut entsprach aber nicht meinen Vorstellung. Trotzdem ist das Preisleistungsverhältnis gut! Habe den Artikel zurück geschickt und den Preis ohne Probleme erstattet bekommen. Würde also wieder bei Bedarf dort bestellen.

Ich habe vor etwa einer Woche einen Hut bestellt und mit Kreditkarte bezahlt. Eine Bestätigungsmail kam bei mir nicht an, auch nicht im Spamordner (?) . Aufgrund der Bewertungen hier erwartete ich wenig Gutes, habe den Kundendienst angeschrieben und gleichzeitig die Rückbuchung des Kaufpreises vorbereitet. Einen Tag später bekam ich eine eMail, das Paket sei versendet und schon beim Zoll. Gestern kam die Ware gut verpackt und in einwandfreiem Zustand an. Auch die Größe war korrekt. Mit der Qualität bin ich auch sehr zufrieden. Ich kann nichts Negatives über den Laden sagen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

I am very pleased with the assistance given to me by the Village Hat Shop. We had a complex alopecia problem which they carefully solved with an appropriate hat. They were patient and efficient with our return of a product we had previously ordered as well. Excellent service. Where do you get that in 2023?
