GREAT COMPANY NO PROBLEMS AT ALL

I would give zero stars if possible. I put a down payment on a staircase in November, and made final order in February, and was told multiple times that it was a 4-6 week delivery time, it took almost 16 weeks and resulted in three separate deliveries because parts were missing and “forgotten”. There is no accountability o and I was told several times that there was no way to expedite or to even speak with a manger even though every error was their fault. They even produced the stringer with the wrong angle and I had to hire a welded for several hundred dollars To fix it, and they refused to reimburse me. They “forgot” to produce the railing system which delayed ya several weeks. By far the worst vendor we used for our house I would dissuade anyone From using them. I’m actually shocked they’re still in business. Lastly, this is the second time I’ve written a review because the first time I was told by then that they would only ship the missing parts if I deleted the review first (sounds unbelievable but it’s true).

Viewrail made it possible to get my dream project completed by helping me install this beautiful product giving a new life to my old house. They provided great customer service. I was really concerned about measurements because all the measurements had to be done DIY. I really want to thank Andrew Gingerich for going over all steps while I was taking the measurements on google meet. At the end, we nailed all the measurements. During shipment, one of the post got scratched and viewrail replaced the post promptly. Also there was some small parts missing and viewrail shipped them in a timely manner to get the project completed. During the process, I had some constructive feedback and they were very receptive to my feedback. In addition to Andrew, I had a positive experience with my interaction with all other personnel. They appeared professional and receptive to my needs. Arindam D

everything was laid out accurately and was easy to install. was missing a few small fittings but the replacements were shipped quickly so i could finish things up in a timely manner. very satisfied with the end result.

Great service and great product

Overall a very good customer experience process. Good communication; knowledge and exchange of information. High quality hardware and fair pricing. I've done business with many companies and contractors of similar materials and industry expectations. Viewrail was among the best.
