Video JeevesReviews of videojeeves.com

The company created a nice product. Joanna the project manager was very responsive and helpful.

It took a little longer than expected but it was easy and cost efficient.

Jeeves is truly a full service provider and the portal system keeps everyone on task at hand. Joanna was the account manager on my project and absolutely amazing to work with and very thorough. Her attention to detail is second to none and ability to brighten your day with her upbeat attitude didn't go unnoticed. If you are looking for a marketing tool (Whiteboard) you wont find a more cost effective professional solution than Jeeves.

Worked with their team to do an animated video. I don't know much about what it takes to make a video, but Video Jeeves was professional and kept us in the loop during the process. Joanna David always called when they had an update and promptly posted it on their portal. I'm looking to do another video with them.

I had a good experience with VideoJeeves. As another reviewer said, you have to have a very clear idea of what you want, and you must provide a script. The first two concepts were not what I was looking for and they quickly changed it. I sent them images that were very specific as to what I wanted. I didn't have a single issue other than what is expected when trying to convey your thoughts into words so they can execute them. Their price was very competitive, too. Joanna, the project manager, was always graceful and responded quickly to my needs.

I enjoyed my experience with VideoJeeves. They were willing to make all of the changes that I requested, never complained and delivered a quality video in a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely use them again. In order to ensure that your video project is a success, I would suggest writing your own script and providing a rough draft of some of the design concepts that you are looking for in the video. This will save you time and make sure that they understand the important points that you are trying to illustrate in the video. Do your homework.

Incredibly unethical company. Total ripoff!!! They owe us money for expediting a project for us but didn't hit the deadline and won't return the money. Now, because I give them unfavorable reviews, they are holding our project hostage until we take down our reviews. The most arrogant and untrustworthy company I have ever dealt with in over 20 years. Don't give them your money unless your passion is high frustration and obliteration of your hard earned money. It will be interesting to see how the Consumer Protection Agency and the Federal Trade Commission handles these characters!!! Pathetic!!!!!.............

Been working with Video Jeeves team now for over 2years and they have done great job, accommodating our needs and working with me and my team in many of our projects.
