Video Jeeves has performed solid work for my company and the only hold-ups that have occurred came as a result of our internal delays. We have more work to accomplish with VJ and they remain ready and willing to complete the work. I'm a fan

It was a professional pleasure working with Harold John. From the onset of my introduction video project, he was engaging and attentive with rapid responses to my concerns. During our phone conversations his energy conveyed he was ready and willing. Harold is very knowledgeable making him capable of meeting my expectations. Harold and his team produced a high quality product that I am eager to showcase on my website. I asked for the project to be expedited in order to meet my deadline. Unfortunately the timing of this project was during the spike of COVID and therefore my video was unable to be completed as soon as I would have liked. Aside for bad timing and unforeseen circumstances I am satisfied with the overall experience of working with Harold at Video Jeeves.

Video Jeeves did a very nice job creating a 60 second video for us. It took much longer than we expected but to be fair we made many corrections along the way. Hats off to the project manager, Harold John, who was very patient and supportive throughout the entire process.

I enjoyed my experience with Video Jeeves and am likely to return. In particular, Harold John was a delight to work with. I appreciated Harold's graciousness and flexibility through many, many rounds of revisions.

Harold did a great job. There were only a few gaps in communication from me to the video producing team. Over all tje project went well.

I had an explainer video produced. It started out a little rough at first, as the account manager and I couldn't get on the same page. To VideoJeeves credit, they assigned a new account manager, and she was perfect. As soon as she took over the project, she got deeply involved and stopped at nothing in order to complete every request I had. She truly went above and beyond to get the video across the finish line. I will use them again.

"It does what it says on the tin". For a real 'budget' video, I could not have asked for more from Video Jeeves. They listened to what I wanted and was asking for, and couldn't do any more to help. I was quite picky, even with my limited spend and was really pleased with the result. You get what you pay for, and this certainly true here. I would certainly use them again.
