We paid for 3 videos up front. They completed 2 videos and then told us that we waited too long to start the third video and wanted to charge us the full fee again for them to finish the work.

I paid VideoJeeves $800 to build a simple website. When complete, for simplicity, I paid VideoJeeves to host my site. Unfortunately, on far too many occasions, I would check on the site and it would be down. One time it took them over a week to get the site back up. Due to the very poor hosting experience, I decided to transfer my 3 page, simple site. Even though the contract calls for the work product to be delivered to me, VideoJeeves will not give me the files without paying a $999 ransom. I know have to pay to have my site recreated. This company now sounds like a couple individuals on cell phones and gmail accounts scamming its customer. Stay clear from this company. Far too many choices. Do not make the same mistake that I did.

If I could give a zero I would. I contracted with them back in November 2021 for a 4-15 second 3D clips - Total of $2499. 00 paid. They gave me a money back guarantee contract, and said the first video would be complete before the holidays in December. Then they missed the deadline and said it was because their office got hacked and they lost everything. I gave them the benefit of the doubt until they promised me delivery by April 7th or my money back in full without any argument. On the 7th they again emailed an unfinished video and claimed they had delivered. I requested my money back and they just ignored me. After texting and emailing they just stopped communicating with me. So now they didn't deliver the first video, and they kept my money. If you wanna see this companies REAL REVIEWS - Go TO YELP. They mask all their crap reviews with other sites, but YELP tells the true story. Tip for consumers: DO NOT PAY UP FRONT!!!! They sign a money back guarantee contract, but they do not honor it. UPDATE: 7/20/22 - THIS RESPONSE FROM VIDEOJEEVES IS GARBAGE AND LIES! They missed the deadline by 4 months and then THEY gave me a new deadline of April 7th and they missed that deadline as well so my client pulled out, and I had to refund his money. I signed a 100% money back guarantee contract that stated all the deadlines and deliverables they missed. They say that my project doesn't qualify for the 100% money back guarantee. WHY? You screwed up not me, your servers got hacked not mine, you missed all the deadlines in the contract not me, you missed the final deadline you gave me not me, - So how does this not qualify for a 100% money back guarantee? They say its was 95% done (Yea sure 95% done is NOT 100% DONE and they set the deadline date 4 months after they already missed all the other deadline dates.) AND, I paid them $2500 for 2-30 second clips and they never delivered a final product to me ever, and didn't even bother to refund the other $1250 they just stole my money. When I disputed the transaction with my bank thy are holding up the entire process and not returning my money. ABSOLUTLEY DO NOT USE THEM!!! You will get 100% Guaranteed screwed! All of my statements a true and can be backed up with over 40 pages of evidence that I have. This company is asking for a huge lawsuit. I lost a large client and my money on this deal. Every good review you see IS A LIE!!!!!!!

Hello Kurt, We have carefully looked into your situation and our refund policy does not allow one in this case. The reason being, the team kept progressing after receiving your approval on each and every step. We understand that the project took longer than expected, but again this was not taken on an expedited basis. The same has been repeatedly communicated and we appreciate your cooperation as you stayed patient throughout the process. By 19th of December, we were almost done with the video until we ran into an unfortunate event that resulted in a significant loss of data/files. Without further delay, we recreated everything from the scratch. While we were working on the final render, you made a request for the refund which didn't seem fair as 95% of the work had already been completed. Best Regards, Team Video Jeeves.

Thieves! Do not trust them. I paid them for 2 videos totaling $1300 and never received either one. I called and spoke to multiple people including the manager and each time they would say someone would call me back and no one ever did. They eventually just started ignoring my calls and I had to call from other numbers to get an answer. They are NOT accredited with BBB and have a rating of F. I urge you to go on BBB website to see others that they stole money from.

The relationship with Video Jeeves started off well with the "Money-back guarantee" agreement but that was the high point for the past two years. Finally, I have no choice to CANCELLED them due to very poor performance and very poor-communications, at least to the level I need and which most people would expect. They often make careless mistakes (The IT manager uploaded the wrong version to the live app) that users no longer want to stay on the app. Try to get the money back for poor performance is a mission impossible. While there was one person who was responsive after he left the company, no one had communicated or notified me that my account was hanging for 4 months and the communications fell through the floor. I feel I have been misled. After TWO YEARS they give me a false report. My app was full of bugs. I lost more than 10K users and had a very bad review on the Google play store because of the bugginess of the software. When they took over my project, my app was live at both stores. After two years of drag, it completely destroyed the opportunity to get into the market. They committed on the price and timeline, got the money, then dragged out the time not to finish the job and want more money. It was a terrible experience. Run as fast as you can! Do not do business with this company! They registered MANY company names to scam people. Here is the name that you should not TRUST "Kenneth Park" is the manager. "DesignSolution101"" Videojeeves" "DesignCompany" " "vintageanimations.com"

Hello L. TFong, As per our records we have done everything from our side to fulfill all your requirements and did everything to make it perfect. But unfortunately, you didn’t have the required budget to complete the project. Plus, we didn’t even get ample time to produce the script of work and app based on your requirements. We have all the proofs to make it clear to you. We just want to let you know that our clients are our only priority and we have done everything to make your project look presentable, we just didn’t get the desired amount and time from your side to make it perfect. Regards, Video Jeeves

They are pure fraud. I signed up end of 2019 and they refused to do my work. I asked for my moneyback and they never returned it. Kenneth Parks who runs the show is sitting overseas. I went to their address and they only have 2 guys on the location which belongs to another company and says we're not affiliated with Videojeeves. PURE SCAMMERS.
