So far, VideoGen is very helpful to accomplish my work in making Lecture videos. I tried other AI video generator but VideoGen is the most convenient to use. Surely some features need to be improved but they keep upgrading to satisfy clients like me.

I mistakenly purchased the wrong plan and realized I needed a lower-tier option instead. I quickly emailed their support team to request a refund so I could switch to the appropriate plan and recover the extra cost. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my refund on the same day I submitted my request. Thank you!
