Au début ça fonctionnait bien en gratuit journalier pas + que 10/jour ! maintenant c'est devenu une galère ! quasi une mise à jour/jour et même là ! impossible de télécharger quoi que se soit ! Bien dommage ! Quasi on te force maintenant à t 'abonner ! Pas de bol, j 'ai vu que l 'on pouvait télécharger gratuitement ailleurs ! Si c 'est ça , bye bye !

For days, all downloads have been failing. Your response was: We've released a new update: 4K Video Downloader+ & 4K YouTube to MP3 & 4K Video Downloader for Android – Version 25.3.4.0241 BUT: I downloaded the update on October 23rd, but it still isn't working. When will the downloader be working again?

4K downloader plus downloads quickly, but always seems to cut the sound by a massive amount. I've yet to download a YouTube video with the recorded sound being anything above a loud whisper. I still also have and use the original 4K Video downloader which never has that problem. I never recommend the plus version.

Technically it works superbly. I used it mainly for saving music videos from YT. Almost never any problems. Fast and reliable. But in 2025 they decided to betray their customers. By discontinuing the software that we bought a LIFETIME license for. Lifetime seems to be surprisingly short sometimes. I understand they need money to continue. But releasing a 4K Video Downloader+ and making everyone pay again is not the way. Even though there are few alternatives I will not support this application anymore.

Lets start with the good news.... as long as you use the free version of 4k Video Downloader everthing goes smoothly, and you have 10 free downloads a day. And the program works fine. But as soon as you let yourself lure (and there is a lot of luring going on) into a subscription.... then the problems pop up like mushrooms out of the ground. You buy an indefinite subscription for 3 computers, and you have activated just one of them. Then after a few weeks you want to activate a second computer.... Ho there partner.... your activation limit has arrived. But, but, what..... I just.... After contact with the customer service they "graciously" grant me a few additional activations, without solving the problem. O, how nice, thank you for your infinite kindness. I payed more than 30 dollars for it. And now I am dependent on their "kindness". They always try to trick you into buying yet a more expensive program. Every time you open the app, you are being forwarded to the website with even more and better subscriptions. If you somehow have to give your computer a factory reset, your in trouble because then you have used up one of your indefinite activations. I had several problems with this company before, but since the new plus version had a "deactivation button" I thought hey, lets give them the benefit of the doubt. But there now.... it doesn't work. They are pretty much the only program left on the market to download YouTube movies, and I think the arrogance has risen them over the ears. Unfortunately....... avoid.
