Excellent program and support. I had an issue where the subtitles were not captured in the ripped DVD MP4 file. I contacted VideoByte and theycreated a brand new release version to fix my problem, which worked flawlessly. I am very impressed with their service. One last note, the Toolbox Video Compressor is brilliant. I make use of it frequently. Highly recommended.

Blu-rayのリッピングを行いました。 好きなアーティストのライブBDをパソコンに取り込み、MP4へ変換後SDカード内へ。それを車のナビに入れて再生しています。 スマホにも入れることができて大変満足しています。 また購入時に自分のミスで間違ったメールアドレスを入力してしまい、返信メールが届かないという失態をしたのですが、サポートの対応で無事に使うことができました。 メールアドレスは間違わないようにしましょう（笑）

久しぶりに利用しようとしたら登録コードの入力を要求され困っていたら、サポート窓口があることを知り、相談メールを送信しました。翌日返信が来て、手順通り進めたら再利用することができ ました。PCを買い替えたために、登録コードの再入力が必要となったようで、登録コードも教えてもらい、入力したら、以前と同様に使用することができてとても助かりました。サポート窓口のきめ細かい対応の早さに感謝しています。ありがとうございました。

I changed my computer and had to request the registration code reset again via email. Soon, the team helped me after the weekend. The customer communication was effective, and I could use the registration code again!

When I began losing DVD's and BR's due to age I began to look into ways to back them up on hard drives. With this program I found a way and have started the process of backing up as many of my thousands of titles as possible.

I recently had an issue registering the VideoByte BD-DVD Ripper on my new PC. The service team responded to my request within 24 hours and sorted the issue out then. They also followed up on my support request to ensure I was satisfied with the service. All in all, a wonderful service from VideoByte.
