At first I had a hard time because of problems, not caused by Videobyte. The people helping me with Videobyre were great. They were patient, professional and knowledgeable. They got me through it and now I am having no problems. I am enjoying their product. Thank you to the technicians that solved my problem.

Since I use Apple Macs, I was having trouble with finding reliable software to back up some of my Blu-ray Discs. After much research, I decided to try Video Byte’s free trial and it seemed to offer everything I needed. First I tried it on an older Mac Mini M1. But this Mac had slower processor with limited memory and available drive space. I contacted VideoByte and they offered for me to try it on my newer MacBook M3 Pro with much more memory and storage. Now it ran more than twice as fast and got the job done!

I have given VideoByte a positive level 4 star rating. I use both DVD and Blue Ray discs ripping . I am not a technical user at all So I was looking for a plug and play software package to ripe my DVD's collection to my computer so when I am traveling away from home I have a personnel place for my enjoyment of video movies. As a plug and play user of this product any difficulty I had where of my own making mostly and where faulty external drives problems. The more I used the program I got a higher appreciation of the VideoByte software and the benefit it offers. The support I got was excellent and they talked and guided me through my problems.

Hab den VB BlurayPlayer geholt. Der erste, der auch auf Linux per Wine (wine 10.2 staging tkg in Bottles) funktioniert. Nativ wär besser, aber Fortschritt ist Fortschritt. Ein Sternderl abzug, da die Menüs der BDs nur "gemockt" sind - funktional, aber halt nicht diese schönen (ich denke) Java-Menüs.

OS再インストールしたらアクティべート出来なくなりコードのリセット依頼をメールしました。 24時間以内に対応する様に努力しているとコメントされていますが、２日経っても連絡がありません。 ここに書いたら素早く処理して貰えるのかな？ その後の経過をご連携致します。 1/31に登録コードリセット完了通知をいただき、 無事再アクティベート出来ました。

Zuerst einmal bin ich mit diesem sehr zufrieden. Das Problem während des Rippens von Blue-Rays ist mittlerweile gelöst. Geht einwandfrei. Habe schon einige Filme gerippt (AVI); leider jedoch kann ich diese nicht auf meinem Sony Ultra-HD Player nicht abspielen, obwohl das möglich sein sollte. Besonders ärgerlich, da ich meine Filme als AVI abspeichern wollte. Schade. Ansonsten ein gutes Programm. Mittlerweile ist das Problem mit dem Abspielen auf meinem Player gelöst. Programm Note 1.

リッピングソフトは別のソフトも持っているが、CPRMのメディアを直接mp4に変換できるとのことで購入した。1台目のPCではCPRMのDVDは普通に認識したが、ブルーレイが読み込みしなかったので、これは駄目と思いサポートにメールをしたら丁寧に対応をしてもらった。私個人で別のパソコンで試したところ、CPRMのブルーレイも普通に読み込み、リッピングをしてMKVやmp4に普通に書き出せた。
