Not sure why there is only a 3.9 star review, it's 5 out of 5 for me. Great product to digitise DVDs of our children when they were young. Even better customer care. As simple as that—very good indeed, with thanks.

Prompt response to my request for license transfer and follow up was great to make sure I had no issues after transfer.

These people are very friendly they do everything they can to help. The software is very easy to use.

VideoByte BD-DVD Extractor program for windows 10 works well. I had a problem and I reported it to support and they fixed it right away.

My experience with Video Byte has been great. Downloaded file, installed easily, works smoothly on my iMac, has read every DVD and Blu-ray disc I've thrown at it (about 65 or more), and RIPs look terrific. My only minor gripe is that the standard presets for output formats are not set to high quality, so I just made new HQ presets for 720p, 1080p, etc. Customer service has also been superior—I ordered Windows version by mistake, contacted them, and they sent new installation keys within a couple of days. Keys were broken again when I bought a new Mac, contacted them, got new keys quickly. Overall as good or better product and service than I'm used to from Microsoft, post-Jobs Apple, and most corporate entities these days, who put dollars over customer needs.

DVD Ripper worked very well. Even better is the support I received! I had two issues (mostly my unfamiliarity with the app) and I sent email to customer service. Within 24 I received responses with solutions. Wow. Real people that help fast. Bar none the best experience I’ve had with an online app purchase in a LONG time. Two thumbs way up Videobyte 👍🏽👍🏽!
