Ive had a few Blu-Ray rippers but they either have terrible UI, only work on specific DVDs/BDs, or don't actually have GPU throttling, which would make ripping time take HOURS. VideoByte's software has drastically cut down my time in ripping my movie library. I just recently upgraded my PC to windows 11 and of course, reinstalling the new software means i'd need to register again. It is annoying, but not Videobytes fault about that. I sent them a message about my concern(pretty sure on New Years Day), and they got back to me the following business day with a fix to get me going again. I mainly bought this ripping software because the other 2 I have had terrible support and could not help me with their garbage software. Videobyte is well worth the money, and having a Tech support team that actually gets you what your asking for the first time is like finding a unicorn in your backyard. Can't recommend these guys enough!

WIN10のサポート終了によるPCの買い替えに伴い、ソフトの入れ替えを行いましたが、旧PCからアンインストールしたにも関わらずインストールエラーとなったためメールにて問い合わせを行いました。 1月3日(土)の23:00頃に問い合わせをし、休日対応はしていないとHPに書かれていたので対応は早くても月曜になるだろうと思っていましたが、1月4日(日)の19:30には対応していただけました。 迅速な対応、本当に感謝です！ 問い合わせに関する対応はとても迅速でわかりやすい対応でした！！

BD ripped is in a very good quality. Consistently reliable. Especially their service is quite good that responses veey efficiently! Highly recommend.

After having contacted the Support team over issues with VideoByte quiting without showing an error, the support team in collaboration with the development team provided an fix the issue. Now the BD-DVD-ripper is working flawlessly. Great service!
