以前使用してた他社のも悪くなかったのだが、PCが調子悪くなったので組みなおした際のサポートがいまいちだったのでこちらの製品を新たに導入してみた。高性能なのは広告通りだったが、OSアップデートの時とSSD交換の時とどちらも日曜日だったのに当日中に丁寧に対応してもらいサポートとしては非の打ちどころがないと感じます。もちろん製品としても何の不満もなく安い買い物をしたと思っています。

Product works reliably and support is excellent snd timely. Beware other products that claim to be free and are not. One off license fee works for me too. Full marks

VideoByte ブルーレイ コピーを使っておりますが、エラーとなるBlu-rayもなく快適に使用できております。パソコンを替えた時のサポートも早くて丁寧です。これからも安心して使うことができそうです。ありがとうございました！

Very good software. Easy to use. It allows me to choose where I want the files to land and how to deal with subtitles. When setting up a new computer, there was a problem with the license. A message to VideoByte quickly sorted out the problem. Best ripper since Jack!

After trying a few other options, VideoByte was the best by far. Even though all the ones I tried claimed to be able to play everything (region free), the only one that worked properly was Videobyte. I purchased a license last Sept. but with an update from Win 10 to 11, in Dec, I deleted the program when I was clearing stuff out prior to the change. Then last week, when I went to play a new BluRay I purchased, I had to reinstall VideoByte. And I couldn't find my registration code Checking my CC statement from Sept I was able find the purchase transaction, and emailed VideoByte. Within 24 hours I had a reply with my registration code. So, I'm a very happy camper. Thank you VideoByte !!!

パソコンを変更する場合、サポートに連絡して登録したコードを再利用できるよう、リセットしてもらわないといけないのですが、3年か4年に1度はパソコンを買い換えるため、今回2度目のリセットをお願いしました。使いやすく、軽いのが気に入って長年愛用しています。突然の故障での買い替えでもリセットで対応していただけるので安心して利用できています。定期的なアップデートもあり、長く使えるソフトです。
