Vidal Coaching and Jenny Rich have changed my life. I'm healthier than I have ever been. I'm reaching all my goals. Jenny understands me and my life journey to this point. Her knowledge of how to get the body to respond is amazing! She is always there whenever I need her, always encouraging, and has answers (the right ones) to all of my questions and concerns. She fully understands the human body on a cellular level, and I would recommend Jenny and Vidal to everyone. I feel that Vidal has figured out the system that is tailored to each individual, the research that has gone into the program and coaches are top level. They have it figured out.

I first worked with Sonia during COVID when she was with a different company, and she transformed how I approached weight training and nutrition. Vidal coaching has done more than just listen and change foods/workouts. They have actually implemented a "planned" process to heal the entire 12 systmes of the body! A shout out to my coach of 12 months, Pamela Formyduval, the GOAT coach has helped me understand the VALUE of working the 4F system that includs food rotation, fesating, fasting, fitness, and emotional fulfillment! She has offered a powerful, integrative approach to healing by aligning the body’s natural rhythms with intentional lifestyle choices alongside the mental and emotional piece that comes from digging deeper into "the why" behind feelings, actions and intenions. I have really felt privledged and humbled to be able to get into long 3 day water fast, followed by nutrient-dense “feast” periods that restore the gut microbiome and provide essential building blocks for cellular repair. To know understand & activate autophagy is a gift of health that I will carry forward forever. I started the flush with coach Pamela at the end of December by the end of the flush I had lost 15 pounds and was feeling amazing we are now continuing on the carb pulse and healing the gut , I am excited for my continued healing journey and the permanent results that will come through out our time working together.
