Dear Todd, it should never take multiple follow-ups to receive a product, and on top of that, your PPF wrap should have arrived protected and in the pre-cut format you selected. We are very sorry that your experience was the opposite. Since then, we have changed how wraps are packaged to prevent shipping damage and updated our system so specialty items like pre-cut kits are flagged correctly before leaving our warehouse. We know situations like this can turn what should be a simple upgrade into a real hassle, and that’s not the experience we want for anyone.
