Julio Conrad is wat made my experience good. Customer service skills was just great. The actual product i will say its ok. And is over priced for wat it is. But it does look sharp once installed. But Julio 1000% good at his job.

Vicrez made the delivery ahead of schedule, being delivered with all the materials needed to install with the obvious exception of the drill and bits however those are expected to be bought separately. The wicker bill I received was in an unexpected condition, I definitely thought the holes would be made in the tinted layer over the fiberglass but I had to make those prior to install. The holes were made in the fiberglass which did make it easy. There are no instructions for their rivet tool which didn’t take too long to figure out, but instructions would definitely have helped I’d say. Overall my best recommendation for making these packages better is an overall install guide as well as a rivet tool guide. Other than that they included extra rivets incase one was messed up. The install took approximately 30-45 minutes start to finish.

Ordering and deliver was great. Unfortunately, the back splash guards just doesn't work. Even using longer screws then the ones provided keeps the unit too slanted as the molding doesn't fit the underside of the wheel well.

"*Note that I'll reconsider this review once the company commits to an acceptable and reasonable resolution. As of today, the company has done nothing but to ignore my request and confirmed their unwillingness to resolve the issue or refund the amount paid without me incurring in additional/unexpected expenses. Overall, AWFUL customer service.... Even though they have good parts and what appears to be good service, their customer service is a "joke". I ordered a part which looked acceptable once received, installed according to their instructions and videos and that is when the problems started. The part did not fit perfectly, and they recommended "tape it" which caused an air-gap between the part and the car when the heat came in. Now, they want me to "remove and return '' the part leaving the already open holes exposed to the weather which, as you all know, may cause additional issues. Unfortunately, issue is being escalated as they are still in the same position, do not want to help, do not want to provide other installation options, and are just leaving me "stuck" with a defective part, without the correct installation process and expect me to accept an "in-store" credit which, as any of you may understand, is simply unacceptable, specially after this awful experience with their customer service agents (PS)...."

Very good customer service and willing to help out on everything! Received side skirts from them but the install directions could be improved. Quality of the products is definitely there though.

So I've purchased a few items from Vicrez and had a couple of hiccups that were quickly resolved by Vicrez. Sadly the biggest hiccup I had was my order for my CF equipped Steering Wheel. I was sent a steering wheel without the LED. No big deal, they had another one sitting there that was close to what I ordered. Not exactly but pretty close and they sent it overnight. The replacement steering wheel was also missing a small part, no biggie they sent the part overnight. They did their best to make things right. Let's talk about the steering wheel, Pro's 1. It looks GREAT 2. LED works great 3. Feels nice but... 4. ODB2 splitter Con's 5. Really bulky 6. ODB2 with 2 connections causes lag (probably more of an ECU issue) 7. Expensive 8. Could have added better LED info or hell options, like pressing combo buttons could control some button function, like turning on methanol setup or switching tune MAPs. The fact is I love it, I wish it were the one I ordered originally but again, Vicrez tried to make it right. Today when I look at the steering wheel and compare the size in the picture to mine, it doesn't match. I mean the one in their picture looks slimmer than what my actual steering wheel looks. All in all it's a great addition to my build.

Very good company, do wish shipping would be more faster, but the rest great experience, I have so many options and good quality product.
