VibeReviews of vibe.us

Vibe has been a great addition to the office! We chose Vibe because it was easy to use and connected almost seamlessly with our Google Workspace, where all of our work is done and stored. We regularly host hybrid Google Meets and Zoom meetings and it has changed the way we work as a team. I couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Vibe and think it is a great addition to anyone's office! The only reason I rated it with four stars, instead of five, is it is tedious to have to re-sign into the Google apps after each use and closure of the apps, but maybe I am missing a setting!

At our college site, we have a Vibe board for every classroom. It's been great fun to learn and imagine all the possibilities, excited to utilize the training and productivity tips. Recently we used it for an easy simple backdrop with our student Halloween party Wiard of Oz theme and interactive games.

We had a problem with the vibe board that we purchased 2 years ago from amazon.au. Vibe was unable to assist with repairing the unit. The experience from using the Vibe board over the last 2 years was so good that we purchased 2 more boards. Vibe provided a discount and promptly shipped. My only suggestion would be to look at having a distributor based in Australia who can sell and support the product. It is a great product, price-wise very competitive. With a quality marketing campaign and distribution network, I think the product would do great here.

Hi! I'll start by saying I did 4 stars until I get to use the new board, our first board worked for a couple of weeks and had some software issues. However, the customer service is 5/5 stars!!! Excellent!!! They offered to give me guidance to update it but I couldn't because I'm the worst tech person! And I don't have an electronics store near. They sent out a new board and we're super fast! Absolutely amazing customer service! The board itself is great! It's heavy but the stand is fabulous! I may wall mount it eventually, but I enjoy the stand for now. My kids love it and my husband loves having roku hooked up to it! We use it for homeschooling, tv and movies, games, casting com out apple devices, etc. I do wish more things (apps) were compatible, but I think that will come eventually!

It is a good product that I have used in the past 5 years.

The user experience and capability is far and away the best compared to similar devices I have used. Very easy to learn and the level of integration with other apps is great. Vibe doesn't limit you to a specific ecosystem like other brands, or at least not nearly as much. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was a major quality issue with the vibe rolling stand for the 55" model. Holes drilled incorrectly on the stand would not allow the screen to be mounted to the stand. Received a second stand with same problem. Ended up getting a refund and re-drilling the holes myself, which was a major hassle. I don't know if Vibe has fixed this issue with their supplier or not yet. Normally, the experience with the stand would have warranted fewer stars, but I like the device so much that it makes up for the inconvenience.

We began using the vibe boards last January during virtual learning. They have been helpful with displaying information for students.

I teach adult learners. The Vibe Board allows my tech-hesitant students the comfort to approach this new-to-them opportunity. They get to use 4 out of 5 human senses to explore something they would not normally try.
