A realperson walked me thru the test process on the phone. And then set me up with a better and less expensive plan. Pretty good!

Started with untruth that both households could use the service then realized the one that needed service for 2 gaming counsels couldn’t work off the system. So just beware unleashed can’t handle 2 phones, tv and 2 gaming counsels. Otherwise for me and streaming alone it will work fine. Pricier than others but it’s rural and hard for service.

There are times when wi-fi is too slow. Maybe there are too many users? If so, then why? We are paying for high speed internet--not slower at times because people are watching movies or playing games. 11

I am a new viasat customer and the associate "helping me" was very unconcerned about my question and disappointment in the answer. It's okay to be honest even if it means it's not the answer is wanted to hear. However, this associate took it a step further, giving me tips on how to leave the business. WTH? I live in the PNW and rains quite a bit. On heavy days, we lose connectivity which then means no phone. Day before yesterday that meant more time without connectivity than with. I have kids, so this is very uncomfortable. I searched your web site for some best practices but didn't find them, so I called. The associate essentially that rain is gonna rain and make sure you cancel closer to Jan 8, at the end of the payment cycle. I am a bit surprised that some sort of something can't be done, but the presentation of the "best of luck" is the real concern I have about this company. I pay the same amount no matter what, so they don't really seem to care.

I am very unhappy with this Internet. I need higher speed and Viasat can not accommodate.
