The installation technician was very friendly, but installation of the service was supposed to be done on Friday 12/5 and did not happen until Monday 12/8. The technician called on Friday morning stating he "ran out of equipment" and had to go to Albany, Georgia for what he needed to complete the installation and moved the time to 2:30 p.m. or later that day. Later that day, he called back and said he was still on an installation in Moultrie, Georgia and would not be able to come until Monday.

He was on time,he explained everything he was going to and did he was just excellent at everything he did great Job

Need to work on website it will not let me pay online. Been like that for awhile.

I got my refund

The service installer was later than they committed too, but once he got there, the service was great and he was very helpful.

I called about my internet connection and they took care of it really quick. There service man that installed my internet is the same one that I came back to check it. Mr Randell is so very nice and takes his job serious he came out in the cold and rain. Thanks Mr Randell.

The CSR did the best she could. It’s disappointing that ViaSat would not prorate our bill for the full amount of time we were without internet and phone service. The CSR did what she could.

I had to cancel my credit card due to fraud and would not get the new card for 10 days. I got an email requesting that I update my payment information. When I called I could not get through to anyone to explain the problem. I finally texted and got a response. Your automated system should allow customers to reach a service representative or supervisor.
