A lot of money for average service a little slow

I don’t like the high price that you charge.

Viasat techs have been very professional and competent in diagnosing, and correcting problems in the past. The issue that is problematical is the recurring "buffering" that repeatedly interrupts the show we're viewing. Right in the middle of a scene. The image freezes, the sound stops. Then after 15-20 seconds, the "buffering" stops and the show resumes.... until about 15 minutes later, the "buffering" returns with the same freeze-and-stop results. Very very very frustrating!!!! This occurs especially after 7:000pm, we have noticed. Why is this occurring? Please please correct this issue. 🙏🏾 Then I will have NO issues at all with Viasat!!! Sincerely, Luther

Just average because of WiFi service is very slow.

I was never told that when I put my service on hibernation that it would cost $35. I have Viasat for my camp and we are only there for a few months during the year. I would not have ordered the service if I was informed of this. I also needed to pay $200 for installation when I was told it would be free. Be very careful if ordering from this company. They are very deceptive

If you like doing business with and socializing with a computer, then this company is for you. Human beings are not part of the equation over there. They are getting better (but still not good) aboiut letting you understand how you use your own service. I've been a customer for 10 years. I am not a fan.

Internet connection is spotty at times.

Have the time it does not work. The customer service rep is not even in USA. If I could I would get another service but I live in the rural area
