If it is cloudy or raining we loose all internet for hours or until everything clears up. I pay $91 a month so the internet should have no problem.

I felt like the girl I spoke to only wanted me to add the protection and didn't even ask if I wanted to sign up she told me she had canceled my order she had fixed my reception even before we hung up! So I would not have needed the protection plan she didn't care That I was on a fixed income I felt used!

It’s ok always having problems with the internet not working when calling they sound like they don’t want to talk and they also want you to answer some questions at the end they also at more and more to your billing and don’t seem to go down

I've been trying since we got ViaSat as a service to get my original phone number ported over to my new location. I've called numerous times about this situation with absolutely no results. I'm paying for a home phone service I don't have. My husband and I are both disabled and its one of the ways we rely on to get services and other things if we are without our cellphones.

Your internet is very, very slow and when you buy the best one. You still get the slowest plan and you HAVE to buy more data.

Needed a piece of equipment replaced, wanted to charge to send out a tech or sign up for an extra monthly service plan, then there would be no charge for the tech to come. After several days, I have not even been contacted by a tech. Been disappointed for a couple years now. Going to switch services. Don’t use this service, they don’t care about customers.

The installer showed up late and did not have all the proper materials. I had to give him $80 cash to go to Home Depot to get what was needed. My Wi-Fi is still somewhat slow. And I’m receiving local stations from the eastern time zone. My local news channels were from South Carolina when they should be from Dallas Fort Worth. It finally corrected itself after about a week and a half but then several days later I was receiving local stations from Denver, Colorado. It is now corrected back to Dallas Fort Worth again. At times the reception is terrible.

We have really poor signal and it is really slow. You would think if you paid 100$ a month for wifi internet, you would expect better signal & faster internet speed.
