The company quickly works on issues wrong, however the price changes without your knowing. Beware of the costs and question! Also I was billed for a phone I didn't have and then when questioned they wanted me to pay a cancelation fee of the whole year!! Question your bill!

Everything is going great, the hookup went smooth and the internet connection is satisfactory. only thing i will say is that agency Viasat uses to book technicians thats based out of Tennessee has some management issues. it took them a couple weeks to find someone willing to do the jobs for them. but thats that agency not Viasat. i would only suggest they maybe look into other outsourcing options for getting technicians.
