Since we have gone to the more expensive package we have been disappointed in your service. Too many slow times and interruptions of service for what we are paying.

I have to unplug my rotor from time to time. Not happy with this. I think the bill is too high for your service in my area

After much consultation, and many phone calls to you all, I am still experiencing slow internet at times and randomly getting dropped from Zoom meetings. I wish this could be fixed.

Viasat does not compensate for service outages, does not value loyalty (been a customer for a decade), and cuts off service with any mishap on credit card or payment system. Additionally, service is shoddy, goes in and out with high wind. And there's very little interest in retaining customers, imho.

usually weak signal strength. Dish alignment has been looked at twice. First time I was told to trim tree branches, which i did. That did nothing to improve signal. Next time another person came and said the dish needed to be moved, which it was... still have weak signal issues. I believe your Satellite is too low in the sky to get a strong signal and this is something your tech rep said might be the problem.

Very slow - intermittent connections daily - tried to get more bandwidth from a new plan during recent online sales event for the listed price, but was refused - called Viasat and they said it was only for new users.

Signal strength very irregular. We seldom receive the download speed as advertised .
