Too much $ Shuts off and have to reboot Run out of HD if I use my tablet

never answers the phone! I called to cancel your service in October as it was not working so we went with our AT&T !! we have called several times with no answer from you !!!

I had service with Viasat 5 years and was wonderfully satisfied. I was forced to upgrade both satellite and box and now nothing works. Called company and was told it is what it is and I need to contact my TV manufacturer or other device manufacturer to find out why it doesn't work. I'm done with this company and gone as soon as I find something else.

They will continue to bill You even after they have been cancelled

The cost is rediculous, the fact that my internet restarts on the 12th of the months and by the 17th of the mo ey it's down to barely dial up speed. I can't afford a bigger package...and since I live way out in the country I am severely limited...so it's you or Huhgesnet which is far worse...and then you have start link...pretty sure that would suck bi Donkey balls too.

Service man never showed up. 10 days now with no internet staff on phone not helpful. Gross repeated incompetence. This business will not survive for long.

I was disappointed to start with with a satellite being attached to my roof. Everytime I turn my computer on it says no internet. The amount you charge every month is way to much. I am ready to fire you and go to another company.

I have had Viasat for over 6 years and the throttling and poor/slow connections is horrible. Yes I have called, rebooted, and it's the same old story -you try and sell me more upgrades?? With the high cost I pay monthly ($130.00) and Infinity now in the neighborhood it's time to pay less!
