Internet signal continuously disconnects

Frequent interrupted connectivity other than that moderate speeds the service is acceptable and much better than the alternatives

The speed is slow. Expected better speed for the amount I'm being charged.

Internet does not work during the day and about 15% of nights. Viasat updated the package I have to be unlimited but that doesn't help when I can't even use it until after 6PM.

I've been trying to get my account cancelled so my nephew will stop playing games and I don't use it. They talked me out of it till Dec. You don't refund any portion which I didn't like. When I called back again, I went through the whole thing again. And here it is a day later and its still not off.

The cost is too great for internet, especially when internet is necessary for work as I am a teacher and do a good bit on the computer. Internet quickly runs out when I have all my kids at home. Weather interferes every time, and it easily goes out.

i don't understand why I pay top dollar for mediocre service. And you want me to pay more for good service. Why not treat me like a valued customer and give me good service to begin with. you are treating me like a cash cow. I'm a senior on fixed income. i can't stream or watch movies without paying you $10 - $39 dollars more. not in my budget.
