Just getting through to the site and having the opportunity to resolve my problem was worth the experience. Wish you had a hot line with a live person on the other end that I could reach.

Good internet service. VOIP can be spotty sometimes, but without satellite internet we might not have internet here. Cellular signal is next to non-existent here as well, and the phone companies (land lines) abandoned us years ago. So, 4 stars - could be better, but it's pretty good and great to have. We've had Viasat for a number years now, so the single date for our "experience" would be better as about a 5 year date range, but that wasn't an option.

Viasat does a pretty good job with customer service and tech support, and the product itself has improved considerably. I have 4 stars instead of 5 as sat internet in general just isn't where it could or needs to be yet.

Would have been a five star except that when I had a modem replaced, my old account got canceled and a new one got set up, which caused a lot of hassle Somehow, you guys think I defaulted on the first account

They always try a cheaper solution when I complain about prices.

The company is ok. They lied at first saying that the speed won't drop and then dropped the speed after you top off at the max. Otherwise it's works great we're I'm at

I've been on Viasat customer since 2012. Service has been very reliable. It's rare that I interact with support, but when I have, I've had good results. It's not like having fiber, but that's because it's satellite. It would be nice if it was less expensive, but it works well, so I'm getting value for what I'm paying.

Good service but the high speed data runs out quick everything is wifi ,TV, security system ,laptop and cellphone.
