Service has been very good until yesterday. I can no longer watch a short u-tube, and everything is very slow. It may be I have used up my data.

Too many extended outages.

The technician was great but it takes a long time to get a service tech to come to the premises

What made it a 4 is that it crashes whenever it rains, or sometimes just the storm being near. You want a date, check every time it started to rain, a day of showers is a real joy.

I think the service you provide is very good. The only issue I have is the fee. Primary house I have Comcast and charged $88.00 for their fastest service. Viasat charges $119.00 for service.

It actually took so long to get the survey that I can't remember when I had the issue, but as usual, the tech that came out was very nice and helpful

To begin, I marked 3 stars. I still have frequent times when I am not able to make or receive calls. During storms the internet is off and back on.

This Via Sat installation is well over 10 years old and yes it has drawbacks, pretty slow broadband but reliable. They seem to be honoring their promise of un limited low res videos. Sometimes it takes a minute to get HD quality. but the alternative is much more pricey so for now I will stay with Via Sat internet.
