Paying for slow Internet is a joke.. month to month after 2 year contract... Options are limited where we live for Internet..had viasat for over 5 years... Getting a tech out here was a wait and a half, still had to pay the bill for no Internet,long story short go elsewhere for Internet if you can... Cancel it at the end of the cycle just before they take payment cuz you will be paying for a month of Internet you won't use if you already have a new provider... $127 for a month of not being used... Awesome way to get that last penny off you... Goodbye viasat, the spotty service and constant outages won't be missed.

Worst internet service EVER!!! Their sales team lies about service and prices and billing service. Their service is a scam.

We got the best plan available that was supposed to work "for all of our needs". We can't even watch one movie without it buffering every 5 minutes. I told them my daughter works remotely and they said it would be perfect. NOPE! Not at all. I did every trouble shooting suggestion and nothing changed. It's been 2 weeks and I called to cancel it. Still have to pay a full month and then I am responsible for climbing on the roof to disconnect the satellite to return it. Worst customer service ever!! Do not waste your time or money. Btw, Starlink works great here.

Beware of this company. Absolutely hideous service. Slower than promised speeds (6 instead of 35), high rates and predatory, customer-abusive billing practice. There should be a law against companies treating consumers this way. DO. YOUR. RESEARCH!!!!! Read the reviews - people are telling the truth.

Rude customer service.

I made. A purchase from Simply Sours. It was a buy 1 get 2 free for trying it.site said free refunds in 30 days if you wanted to cancel. It cost $39.99. It took close to 3 week for the shipment to arrive. Soon after i got an e mail saying my 2nd order was being prepared to ship and they charged my card $239.99. I tried to call them, no phone # available. No email way to contact them. I finally went through their site and told them i did not place a second order and wanted a refund for my $239.99. They responded they were not accepting return’s at this time. I called my bank and canceled my card to stop them from any further charges. I’ve contacted them at least 6 times trying get my money refunded. I told them i wanted the refund in the form of a check since i had to cancel my card. I’ve been fighting this since early March. Today is April 21st and i still don’t have my $239.99 back that i didn’t authorize.

No tech, no appt, no call back., no follow up.

Empresa distribuidora de 'internet vía satélite rural' pésima. Nefasto servicio y pésimo servicio al cliente. Antes de contratarlos, opten por STARLINK. Desde que disponemos de starlink 380mb/s y viasat 30mb/s. No instalen viasat! Se arrepentirán.
