150GB lasts a little more than a week. I work all day. I only stream at night. With Sparklight, I never went over 50GB in a month and I was unemployed and on lockdown from the Covid nightmare. We streamed all day every day. After the 150GB is used the buffering is ridiculous. Pay more money, get more GB. Viasat is a fraud. They will be picking up their equipment and I will not be paying for early contact termination because they provided fraudulent service. Starlink bound.

Sono cliente da due anni e mezzo avendo acquistato l’auto con finanziamento per 5 anni e pur avendo contratto di 5 anni devo sostituire a pagamento la centralina visto che la garanzia era solo per i primi 2 anni, cosa non indicata nel contratto. Mi dovranno far sapere se sarà possibile avere una promozione comunque a pagamento, nel frattempo la mia auto non è stata ne lo è tuttora coperta dal controllo satellitare. In due anni è già la Seconda volta che si guasta, ritengo che non sia di buona qualità il servizio offerto. Non posso che essere delusa e amareggiata, se non sarò soddisfatta dall’intervento non rinnoverò il servizio pur avendolo pagato. Non consiglio.

Viasat move in gestione di pessima qualità , chiedi a move in Lombardia alcune spiegazioni e ti rimandano alla ditta che ha fornito la scatola nera. Gestione dei km all’oscuro niente di chiaro e alla luce del sole .

If you are considering signing up with VIASAT for internet & Land line phone service, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT, sign up with VIASAT! First, their charges for internet and land line was exorbitantly high. Our monthly bill ran in the $240.00 average billed for service each month. Second, their internet was sub-par to say the least. Internet was limited each month to an inordinately measly amount , to where half way into each month. We would receive an e-mail from VIASAT that, we had exceeded our limit and that internet service would be suspended. Internet access would resume on the 1st of the following month. So for the fifteen days remaining in the current month we were without any internet whatsoever, which was an unacceptable situation! Third, and the final nail in the coffin was when the VIASAT technician arrived to remove the sending/receiving unit from the dish mounted two stories up on our roof. We were advised that we were to be charged an outrageous fee of $95.00 for the removal & retrieval of the unit! So the long and the short of it is, don't under any circumstances sign up for VIASAT service for internet/land line services! BE FORWARNED! You will be glad that you took the time to read this bad review for VIASAT!

This company has horrible customer service!! I disconnected my account in 2018 and returned my equipment at that time. They reached out via debt collectors in 2022 saying the equipment wasn't returned. WHERE DID THIS COME FROM 4 YEARS LATER??!? They are now trying to scam me out of $300 and won't speak with me on the phone because the account is too old? Absolutely insane. This company has been a headache since day 1!!

Agree with all of the reviewers here. They don't deliver anywhere near the speeds promised, and if you cancel, they charge you a cancellation fee of up to $360. I paid for 50Mbps service, and my service averaged 3Mbps. They said they don't promise 50Mbps speeds and that 3Mbps meets their promise. I'm filing a dispute with my credit card company.

The service is incredibly terrible for what they charge you and their terms and conditions are made in such a way that they can shield themselves when you are out of service or have an unbelievably slow connection.

Un servizio totalmente insufficiente per non dire peggio... hanno mandato in blocco l'auto di mia moglie e contattati al call center non hanno saputo/voluto risolvere il problema creato fermando la macchina per la strada..da evitare..
