This company sucks, they told us for our little home in the middle of no where that a basic plan would be enough. We have upgraded since then and only get about a week and half worth of data for the mid their package. The installer told my wife that would be plenty then told her to sign a contract without me present. I called to complain after being a paying customer for a year and all they could do is offer me another package to buy. spending 100 dollars a month for two weeks of spotty internet out of the month. Go with starlink or someone that won't bind you to a contract. I wish I could give this a half star. This company ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THIER PAYING CLIENTS.

We had the worst service with Viasat. Speeds were horrible and your caped at how much you can use a month. They also lock you into a contract and even though they didn't honor their agreement by providing a great service, they charge you for breaking the contract and going to someone that is more reliable. We went to Starlink, this is night and day!

Se potessi dare zero lo darei. Non serve a niente, va in allarme inultimente quando non serve e quando il veicolo viene rubato non segnala nulla e non è rilevabile. Crea anche problemi di elettronica con i veicoli moderni. Meglio farne a meno.

Abbiamo un azienda con 11 automezzi stiamo aspettando da mesi la nuova installazione, massima incompetenza nessun interesse nel volerci installare i gps non gli importa nulla... anzi ti inoltrano senza neanche capire il perchè il modulo della disdetta.

Pessimo servizio. Reparto commerciale incompetente. Sono 25 giorni che stò aspettando un cavo x sostituire quello non funzionante e non mi danno una nrisposta

Il servizio del Customer Service B2C è pessimo, con personale scortese che non risponde alle domande del cliente, continuando a parlarci sopra senza prestare attenzione alle richieste, con la pretesa di avere comunque ragione e basta.

Is there a place to put negative stars here somehow? All I can say to potential customers is RUN AWAY! DO NOT GET VIACRAP INTERNET. It’s super slow (even by rural standards where the bar is low), it’s expensive, and it’s extremely unreliable the second there’s even a breeze, raindrop or snowflake in the vicinity of the stupid dish. The speeds you get are HALF of what you pay for and what’s promised on a good day. It’s also over $200 per month for a measly 300GB of “high speed” data, and when you blow through that in like 3 days, the speeds CRAWL at best. AND if you want to break your contract because you’re so frustrated you’ve decided to break down and get “Rip Off of the Century Link” to bring conduit from the road to your “rural” house for an ungodly sum of $3K+, you have to pay $15 per month left in your contract to stop the Viacrap torture. The fact that this is the only option for many people living in areas considered “rural” is borderline criminal, and definitely discriminatory. I can’t run my business, my kids can’t reliably access the internet to complete schoolwork, and nobody can stream anything-even YouTube stalls and buffers! Worthless. Completely worthless! It’s 2024 and we can’t be better than this? WE DESERVE BETTER! As my Grandma would say—Shame on you Viasat. Shame.
