No pasó de los 30 mgb de descarga y de 3 mgb de subida

Viasat installs the equipment out of reach and then wants to charge you for removal. The real problem is they refuse to remove the equipment at the time you move and charges you for 30 days of continued service after disconnection. Then thay want you to return to the property you moved from 30 days later to receive equipment they remove. It doesn't matter to them that you have no right to enter onto that property or remove anything at that point. When you try to talk to these people they become rude and overbearing because they can do so with immunity by their company. This is a HORRIBLE company!!

No internet since thanksgiving and now have to wait till the 19th of December and want me to pay bill and charge me a month when didn’t have internet for a month there’s the problem

Charged for installing, when I was clearly told there would be NO CHARGE for install.

My bill went from 87.63 to 145.69 to add unlimited hy speed internet to my account. I know people that are paying 55.00 a month for unlimited hy speed internet. It is time to start shopping for a new internet provider. Hughes, Starlink maybe?

Speed comes and goes. Ranges from .9 mbps to 67 mbps. At least my cell tower internet was a solid 12 most always

I was told my reception would not go out during bad weather but the repairman told me it definitely would I was told it would not cost me to get installation done but I had to pay for burying the cable. I am supposed to get over 100 but the best has been 59 and tonight was 3.7. I am trying to be positive but I need to be told the truth which does not seem too much to ask.

Well, was lied to when I agreed to get the internet...The guy said Viasat was running a promotion and the first 3 months were free with no upfront cost..Then I get a call from a lady named Stat at Vista asking all kinds of questions about the deal I got then she said it was all lies...So I hadn't even had it a week and they said I already owed $98 and said I done used 100gb's in 2 days which is bullcrap.. The company needs to pay closer attention who they hire on the outside to represent their company..The card number that was put on my account wasn't even mine so I guess you can say I was scammed...I really rate them very poorly...-1 is my grade I give them...
