I Had been having trouble with my satellite for several months and had a technician come out twice. It still would not work correctly but Viasat did come out a third time with a new technician named Michael,and he fixed it a few months ago , and I have not had any problem since. Hooray! I have had ViaSat for years and have had little or no problem with them until that particular time. And they came out until it was fixed and I appreciate it. Thank you.

Viasat is very dependable and I rarely have issues with it. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for internet services

Reliable and always there when we need it!

I live out in the boonies, so satellite connection is the only way I have internet access. Viasat was one of the few satellite installers in this area. No problems and I am happy!

Haven't had a problem since getting the service. (But, I will add the modem's numbers on the bottom are terribly small and hard to read.)

The installation tech was punctual, courteous and personable. Couldn't question his knowledge and experience. I'm sorry but I have no recollection of the date, but I've never regretted making the change from Spectrum, whose service was terrible.

We use their service at our seasonal cabin and we’re happy with it. I especially like the vacation mode so we’re not paying big $$$ when we’re not there using it. It’s actually the reason we haven’t switched to Starlink.
