I could not find a patient note. The team did everything that they could, looked through my other patients and had other team members help. Although they were not able to find it they were considerate, helpful, and tried to do something for me to make up for the inconvenience. Things like this happen but it is really nice to have a team to go to when they do.

Staff was quick to respond and sort out the issue to get me up and running again. Great help!
