As a Registered Veterinary Technician, VetRec has made a huge difference in my daily workflow. We implemented it during a time of significant growth at our clinic, and it has greatly improved our appointment efficiency. VetRec does a great job of capturing the small details that might otherwise be missed in the medical record. Knowing the charting is taken care of allows me to focus more on our patients and clients instead of worrying about documenting every detail. The intuitive, easy-to-use interface makes training new staff and relief veterinarians simple. If questions arise, support is quick to respond and guide you through the process. Features like multi-pet functionality and customizable templates also help ensure information is documented where we need it. Best of all, VetRec has eliminated the dreaded stack of charts waiting to be finished at the end of the day! It has made our workflow smoother and given me more time to focus on other technician related tasks around the clinic.

My company got VetRec for all clinicians and is now the only authorized AI to help us write records. I wasn't very enthusiastic of the change since I was using ScribbleVet well for my own records. I initially was having lots of issues with ScribbleVet to get it to give me the proper formatting and adjust the templates as I wanted them. Then, I got a message from the rep Jenny Steffens, who got me in contact with Paola Perez-Padilla, who has been a blessing! She took care of putting all my templates together, exactly the way I wanted them. She also has been teaching me who to use the tool better (how to properly record/dictate the records). Now, 95% of my records come out almost perfect (you know, it's still AI, so needs proofreading and adjustments if the recordings are not clear). I will recommend this AI assistant 100% WITH the help of one of their representatives, without their representatives (especially Paola) I would not have been able to make it work well. Their team is also super helpful and responsive, if Paola is not available to help me with an issue that comes up with a record, any of the other people of their team, jumps in, ready to help, and it's super fast. I did not experience that with ScribbleVet at all.
