Hi Susan~ Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are so sorry that our product did not help your dog. Unfortunately sometimes Homeopathic doesn't work for all pets. There can be obstacles that prevent helping a pet such as age, severity of their issue, what type of diet and supplements are provided, and more. We see that one of our reps has been in constant contact with you via email, and even asked if you would like a phone call. The rep informed you of our return policy and that we do not do return labels. We did issue you an RMA number to return your product to us. Please let us know how else we can help.
