Good Afternoon Phyllis, After reviewing your order information, we do show that you have selected a shipping option that does not include tracking. Unfortunately, we have only been able to verify that the package has shipping, has left a sorting facility, and is still in transit to you. With the selected shipping method, the estimated delivery time is between 3-4 weeks (depending on how long it takes to process through the customs department). We have sent an email containing the current shipping information and we would suggest trying to get in contact with your local carrier to inquire about the current status of your package. We are terribly sorry for this delay in shipping and do hope that you package arrives soon. Good Afternoon Elaine, We do appreciate that you have taken the time to give us your feedback on our product. You mention having tried the product for 2 weeks now. Unfortunately, since our products are natural homeopathic medicines, that contain no harsh chemicals, it can take time to build up in the system before the body can begin responding positively. For many customers, it has taken between 2 weeks through the first full 30 days with regular use before they began seeing any type of improvement. Of course results and timing for relief will vary with each pet, for this reason, we do encourage our customers to try our product for at least 30 days, given as directed for their weight. We do hope that you continue to give Arthro-Ionx to your pet, at least through the first 30 days, which is the use of the single bottle that you have purchased.
