The woman who I spoke with was honest and pleasant to speak with. I greatly appreciate her telling me of the recall and why it happened to help the product shelf life last longer. After hearing that she had worked in the warehouse prior and her experience with the company I was greatly impressed to her commitment to the company and the product. Your product "Dermaionx" has worked well for my cats skin issues but it is no longer available. I have called you a couple of times (Dec 2017 and Jan 2018) and canot seem to get a clear answer as to when it will be available. If it is on backorder why can't you go ahead and take my order and prepayment and then expedite the order to me once it is available??? But when I asked you said that you cannot do that. How much longer???

We are terribly sorry for this long delay. As we explained on the telephone, Derma-Ionx is not the only product that we are waiting to receive. Unfortunately, we have experienced delays, very unexpected, but delays none the less. When our products are out of stock, it is also removed from our system, so we are not able to place "pre-orders" until we have either stock on it's way or a confirmed shipment date which is what was explained by our representative. We do understand that our furry friends rely on these products to maintain overall good health and relief from symptoms. It has been our mission to get our products back as quickly as we can, and we are doing our best to do so. As soon as product is available, there will be a newsletter sent out and the website will be updated as well. I found what I needed, ordered it easily and it arrived in a timely fashion. The product is great . My only reservation at all is that the spray bottles are a bit smaller than I expected, so a little short on product for the price. That will not put me off ordering again or recommending it to others. The cedar smell is wonderful, it does not bother my dog, and it is the most chemical free product I could find.

The shipment is well overdue. My dog is in a lot of pain and I am anxious to see how well your product works. You don't have to listen to his whining when he moves. 22Dec2017 An UPDATE. The product is still in customs (BioSecuity) and is scheduled for destruction. I have spoken to a BIOSEC officer and she has temporarily delayed destruction pending consultation with you. BIOSEC is available at BGFDGO @agriculture.gov.au or 61732468678. I ask that you contact them ASAC and mention my name, Robert King REF: QM17001256. Perhaps they will release the product.

We are terribly sorry for the delay in shipping. We have checked with the USPS on this international shipment and it shows that the package is still being held in customs waiting for clearance. That was last updated on the 29th. Typically, the next step would be that they contact you regarding any customs fees prior to scheduling a delivery. We do hope that this gets processed as soon as possible so that your dog can get some relief from the discomfort and pain they are currently feeling.
