We are glad to hear that you have received the correct product and our shipping department has confirmed that a label was sent out, so it should be arriving soon. We do show that there was a concern about being charged for the incorrect product, which is incorrect. This was our error and we have taken the steps necessary to resolve this as quickly as possible. Good Morning Grant, We are terribly sorry to hear that your pet has responded this way. This is not a typical response, but can due to a detoxification effect. Few customers have reported this happening and what helped was stopping the product for a few days or until symptoms have subsided. When they did resume, it was in very small doses, for example, staring with just 1 or 2 drops to start and slowing building up to the standard dose. Also, how are you administering the product? Some customers find it easier to give their pet the dose in the food or water instead of directly into the mouth. Good Afternoon James, We do apologize for any confusion on this. On the product label, it does state "to temporarily relieve symptoms", which is also stated on our website. Our products are not intended to cure, heal, or treat a health condition. They are however, formulated to help relieve a range of symptoms without the use of harsh chemicals. As far as the time in which you will see results, this can not exactly be definable as each pet is different. On the fulfillment sheet that you received with your product, it does stated that we ask our customers to try our product for at least 30 days. Since our products contain homeopathic ingredients, not chemical base, it can take time to build up in the system before the body can begin responding effectively. For many customers, that has been between 2 weeks through the first full 30 days with regular use before there were any indications that the product was working out for their pet. That is wonderful that after 10 days, your cat is starting to respond. We do hope that you continue to give the product to your cat to maintain relief.
