Since our products are homeopathic, it can take time to build up the system before the body can begin responding effectively, which is why we do encourage customers to try our products for at least 30 days. We do show that your pet any only been using the product for just about 2 weeks. We do hope that you continue trying the product. Many customers actually reported some improvements within the 2 weeks through the first full 30 days, with regular use. We are terribly sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our product Defendex CedarGuard spray. This is safe for pets, the reason we suggest wearing gloves is because the scent can linger. We are sorry to hear that your dog has not yet responded to the product. Some animals take more time than others to respond to homeopathic products, which is why we do ask our customers to try the product for at least 30 days. We would be curious to know the product is being administered. If it is being mixed with water, is it just enough that the water is being consumed right away or is the water sitting all day? If the product is being left in water all day, it can potentially lose potency. If you do mix that with water, we would suggest just enough for all the water to consumed right away for optimal results. Also, the product can be mixed in with the food as well. Some customers find this to be easier, especially when it is a multiple pet home. We do hope that you continue to give your dog Anxietrex for the full 30 days and keep us posted on your progress. We are terribly sorry to hear that you did not get an automatic email when the package was scanned for shipping. This can sometimes be filtered into the junk file or spam folder, depending on how you have your email filters set up. We do however, see that you have received your package on the 22nd of this month. We do generally encourage our customers to try our product for at least 30 days, with regular use, before there are indications that the product is working.
