I have a 2 and half year old Bichon and he was itching and biting his legs like he had fleas. I bought the best flea med my vet had and he still scratched and bit himself all the time. The vet tried steroids and antibiotics but nothing helped untill i got on line to see if anyone else had the same problem and somehow i landed right on vetionx. It had some good reviews. I ordered a bottle and now i wish i would have bought more. He dont scratch,bite,or any of the stuff he was doing. He is just so much better. Thank you for your product.

Our records show that you received the product 7 days ago, in most cases this is not enough time. Homeopathic products need time to be effective, some patients see faster results than others.
Some customers report a very noticeable improvement within the first 2 weeks, some customers report good results within the first 2 months.

Not sure yet - may be too soon to tell...
We've been giving Clydie his dose every day for a few weeks and haven't noticed any improvement in his movements.
He's a 14 year old German Shepherd/Rottweiler - 90 lbs. He has a hard time getting his back legs to work, especially in the morning. Was hoping this would help him, but we've not seen any improvement yet.
Hopefully I'll be updating this soon with good news!

If you are considering purchasing these products for your pet, MAKE SURE YOU READ THE RETURN POLICY before you give this company any of your money. My original purchase of Defendex shampoo was for one bottle. I wanted to try the product before I purchased any additional bottles due to the high cost of the product. I have an 90 lb lab - the 4 oz bottle doesn't go very far, especially if you follow the instructions to "use a generous amount" in shampooing your pet. In order to meet the requirement of Vetionx's return policy, you must use their product for a minimum of 30 days to qualify for a refund. If you don't order enough product in your FIRST order, and order additional bottles of the same product in subsequent orders, they WILL NOT REFUND ANY OF YOUR MONEY if the product doesn't work after 30 days. In reading their Refund Policy, one is lead to believe that if you are not fully satisfied with the product, you can get a refund. This is NOT the case. Also, for anyone that has a large breed dog and purchases and uses the 3 bottles of Defendex as described in the dosing instructions, should you find the product isn't working for your pet, best case scenario you will be refunded for 2 only bottles, not the 3 you purchased. Personally, I feel this is a terrible refund policy. I tried both the Defendex and DermaIonx - these products did not work at all for my dog, and in fact, worsened her condition. This is not a company I will EVER do business with again. As a business owner myself, I would be horrified to treat my customers this way.

Our products are homeopathic and homeopathic products need time to work properly. We always try to help with suggestions, encourage our customers to keep us updated or contact us any time if they need us.
Homeopathic products work different for everybody; some people see results within the first few days and some customers report good results within 1-2 months. Another benefit of homeopathic products is that you never have to worry about liver or kidney damage. Our products contain no chemicals, no alcohol, no sugar, and no gluten.
The dosage goes by the weight of the pet, our website offers a weight and dosing chart suggesting to the customers how many bottles to purchase.
We do stand behind our products and offer for all first-time customers a full product refund per our return policy. However, second purchases are not covered.
