I'm hopeful, but I've never used homeopathic meds before. I'd like to see more immediate relief for his hip dysplasia pain (he has been on Arthro-ionx for two weeks). So far the only effect I've seen is that it makes him sleepy. I would hate to be on this for months before I found that it didn't help. Response to my questions was speedy.

Hi Leonie~ We apologize you have not received your order yet. Unfortunately, there is no tracking for this package internationally (in order to get tracking you would have had to select the International w/Tracking FedEx which takes 5-7 days). With the Standard shipping option that you selected it should only take 2-3 weeks for you to receive it. Our records show that your package is at the 2 1/2 week mark. We did receive notification via FedEx that due to the current winter storms hitting the eastern side of the States, deliveries should expect to be delayed. We truly apologize for this. My wire-haired terrier has always had sensitive skin to any kind of bug bite. Last year it got worse and the Vet only gives pills or shots with potentially harmful side affects. I found this product online and have given "Alfie" the minimum oral dosage for ten days and already see a vast improvement. No more E-collar. I will continue for the recommended 60 days and pray it solves the problem of severe hot spots.

Our 11 yr old beagle woke up in unexplained severe pain. Vet xray show arthritis in his spine and gave him pain meds. We searched the internet and found your arthritis medication. After used a short two or three days he is a happy boy again. We are most grateful.

I am extremely pleased. Your rep on the phone was very helpful. I changed my dog's diet slowly to grain free and she loves it. Also, got some type of pet shampoo that does not contain soap. We have tried to brush and spray her with your product at least every other day. She has just about quit chewing, and we see and feel very few bumps. Thank you for a safe product that works.
