Hi Patrick~ We looked up your orders which were January 29th and March 2nd - both orders show they took 5 days to be delivered, which our standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days. They were delivered in the standard 3 to 5 business days. Homeopathic products need time to be effective, some patients see faster results than others. Some customers report a very noticeable improvement within the first 2 weeks, some customers report good results within the first 2 months. Depending on how severe your dog's condition is, what other type of treatment you are providing (diet and supplements) it may take more time than 2 weeks for the Arthro-IonX to work.
