Product did not help
I received your product and began to use it right away for my cat. I used it as a spray and the poor cat was 10X worse than he was before I bought your product. He scratched, and licked and pulled for a straight 1/2 hour at least before he finally stopped. At that point, I called your company where they told me to give it to him internally which I did. It did not work. I have since given up and would like to request a refund. How do I go about this process???

Our records show that you received the product only 10 days ago, in most cases this is not enough time for the product to work. Some customers report a very noticeable improvement within the first 2 weeks, some customers report good results within the first 2 months.
