This is an amazing product. I had my doubts but read so many good reviews I thought I would try it. My dog could barely walk. We even bought a doggie wheel chair to get her outside a little. I started her on this product at the loading dose. It took a few months to work but now I would not be without it. She is like a puppy now... I quit giving it to her for a week to see if it was something she still needs. She had a bad episode and boy did I feel bad. She is on it full time now. It improves her mood too I have noticed. It is the arthritis formula. Our vet recommended the TPO surgery for her knee but we didn't have the money it costs and we are so glad now we didn't do the surgery. For us all it has been a miracle.

Homeopathic products need time to be effective, some patients see faster results than others, depending on the severity of the issue, diet and supplements provided, age, and how long a pet has had the issue for. Some customers report good improvement within the first 2 months. We truly hope you give it more time.
How are you administering the product? Are you avoiding stainless steel/metal bowls and utensils? Where are you storing the product?

Still waiting to see positive results.
The product took longer to arrive than expected. This small bottle w/ shipping was rather pricey, and am still waiting to see a difference in my cat's arthritis symptoms. I have used almost half the bottle, using it systemically and topically as advised. Will be patient to see what happens, but will ask for a refund if there is no improvement by the time the bottle is close to empty. Easy to administer, however, appears to be tasteless, thank goodness. How long does it take ( depending on arthritis symptoms) to notice relief from arthritis pain?? Thx.

Standard shipping is 3 to 5 business days. Our records show that you received your product on the 4th day, which is within the standard shipping time.
One bottle is typically not enough for both orally and topical application, and is not typically advised for the Arthro-IonX medicine, especially if only one bottle was being ordered. We apologize that you were advised to do this. Giving it orally is best, and hope you can switch it to just that.
Two weeks may not be enough time for you to get really good results. Homeopathic needs time to work, and is not like chemical-based medicines. When using natural products, one must be more patience. We hope you give it more time and that you get two more weeks out of using it.
In regards to your comment about the cost of our products, we do offer different packages to help reduce the cost per bottle, as well as one package that offers free shipping too. We also offer an Autoship program, as well, that reduces the cost of the product and offers free shipping.

Astounding results!
Our 16 yr old Peaches had a defined limp and was having a hard time jumping into our laps. Her lack of mobility was so hard to see as she painfully made her way across the room. When I received the Arthro-ionx I gave her a oral dose from a dropper. She liked the taste ( which was great) The next morning we could see a significant reduction in her limp. Within a few days she was back to normal. I would Highly recommend this product as it really does work! No more limping! I continue to add a few drops to her water.

my dog did not like the taste
I have tried to give this to my dog, and he turns his nose up at this, he didn't like the smell or the taste.

Our products are tasteless and odorless, but please keep in mind that pets (cats and dogs) have a far greater sense of taste and smell (by the millions) than a human does. Certain pets are just extremely finicky and can detect and pick up on certain things more so than others.
You can add our medicine to your pet's food, insuring he is receiving the full dosage amount at once (you can also try disguising it in something yummy like plain yogurt, beef broth, or wet canned food). Just make sure to continue avoid using metal or stainless steel when using our oral products. Glass, plastic or ceramic bowls and spoons are best.

No more whimpers
Remarkable product. It's really hard to believe how fast this product works, could tell a difference within 2 day, and within 2 weeks he was moving and jumping around again - no whimpering at all. It's been 5 weeks now and you can't even tell he ever had a problem at all.
