It was easy to apply
It was easy to apply. The payments were easy to do. But I really loved how quickly you let me know when the bill was paid in full.

Just to clarify for others who may be reading: VetBilling payment plans are offered through participating veterinary practices, so the clinic determines whether a payment plan is available. There is no approval process similar to credit-based financing. VetBilling manages your payment plan on behalf of the vet practice and handles all customer service tasks related to servicing it. We’re very happy to hear that the experience was smooth for you, and we appreciate you taking the time to share it.

Isabella is so kind and empathetic…
Isabella is so kind and empathetic towards the struggle to stay on top of bills. She's also highly understanding when it comes to life getting in the way of paying upcoming bills and late balances that are racking up. She helped me set up a secondary payment plan at a lower rate while also pushing back one month of my regular bill to ensure I'd still be covered for other monthly life bills. We've all been or will be in a predicament that prevents us from paying one bill or another. Thank you SO much, Isabella, for being a kind soul - you made this whole process so much easier for me while also easing some of my anxieties about missing payments due to unforeseen circumstances. Keep up the amazing work and, again, thank you for the phenomenal customer service and genuine care you provided!

It was good my only Problem was I could use a reminder every month just for you to say hey it's the 25th we pulled money I only got three emails from you We were going to pull we pulled for September and we're done thank you for working with us A monthly reminder saying hey we pulled money just to let you know would have helped
