Pendulum Ai Sales TrainingReviews of pendulumcertified.com

I have greatly enjoyed my sales training with David and Predulum. David's ability to break down the teams sales performance into easily digestible data sets and putting the raw data in front of me to see how successful we are against different situations has been eye opening. His uncanny ability to break down the sales process and make tweaks to how we approach every sale have brought about noticeable change in my success in closing jobs and ensuring belief in myself, my company, and our product from the beginning of the sale.

David is the GOAT of sales coaching. I recently switched into a new industry from tech products to selling construction dumpster rentals. Completely different worlds. I thought this would be an easy change and call volume would equate to sales. I was completely wrong. David has been extremely patient and helped me narrow down the main objections and blockers in my path to having effective conversations that lead to real conversions. He doesn't know much about this industry either (who does) but knows damn well how so create a conversation that qualifies a prospect, discovers their pain point, presses it, and presents your solution systematically. He will help break your sales flow into a process that is repeatable over time and assist you in refining it over time to make it even more effective. I have had the opportunity to watch him coach another team who is creating an industry of their own and he has done an incredible job in building them the foundation and providing them the tools to do so. He is a great resource and keeps himself available to you throughout the week for check ins and call reviews. Cannot recommend him and Pendulum enough.

I own a plumbing business in a Dallas and was recommended to David when I was in a desperate situation. I knew that it would be an investment worth making because the person who recommended him to me was highly successful in business; yet he was seeing excellent results from working with David. David meets with my technicians and I weekly and provides coaching to all of us not only on our sales, but how we operate. He’s been available when my technicians are in tough sales spots and has given us tools that has taken my company from “just getting by” to thriving. A sales coach is something I never knew I would need, but now that I’ve been working with David for a few months, I wonder how I ever got by without the education he’s provided. Extremely thankful.

David's cutting-edge AI sales coaching is next-level. The real customer interactions and gives current, customized coaching that’s perfectly tailored to each rep’s needs. It delivers great feedback while keeping everything positive and encouraging. The guys enjoy the training and are seeing clear, measurable sales improvements, and it’s freed us up from having to do as many ride-alongs. Well worth the investment. Highly recommend.

Working with David Reed has been one of the most impactful decisions I've made for my sales career. David brings a direct, no-fluff coaching style that produces real, measurable results — fast. Since working with him, I've closed more deals in a short period of time than I had in months prior, and I've booked 4x the meetings compared to this same time last year. Those aren't small improvements — that's a complete shift in how I approach and execute my sales process. What sets David apart is that his feedback isn't generic. It's specific, actionable, and hits immediately. He doesn't just coach you on what to say — he helps you understand why, which makes the growth stick. Beyond individual performance, David has been instrumental in helping our company build out real sales processes and procedures — the kind of infrastructure that will support our team's growth long-term. I'm genuinely confident that anyone who joins our team will have a clear path to success because of the foundation he's helped us create. If you're a sales rep or sales leader looking for a coach who will challenge you, hold you accountable, and help you produce results you can actually measure — David Reed is the real deal. Highly recommend.
