Layla! Thank you!
Not only was my costumer service impeccable with Layla, everything about the concept of Vessel is absolutely amazing. I am very excited to continue to watch them improve and enhance their product. I am really loving my tests, but as a new company, they do have some road bumps and App glitches here and there. I really believe in the product and I appreciate their consistent outreach for feedback on how they can continue to improve.

We promise to keep working through the kinks and offering improvements- the app updates come regularly for sure :) Keep the feedback coming and look for more tests launching this summer (sodium, calcium and creatinine!)

Love the instant results!
Wow! What a great concept! No longer do I have to wait 1-2 hours to get my blood drawn only to wait days to weeks to get my results, now I can get them instantly! Vessel provides a convenient, effective and easy way to find out how I need to change my diet and supplement intake to best optimize my health. Not only do you get results almost instantly, but you can create customized vitamins that are actually what you need. I can’t wait to continue using to see how my health improves!

Awful product.
Awful product. Difficult to use. Has never once given me full results Impossible to cancel No customer friendly policies. I would tell anyone: DONT DO IT Do not trust them with your credit card information. Do not trust the product to work. And do not think for one minute canceling will be easy. Stay far far away. It’s a scam

Hi Erin, We are so sorry to hear that you are frustrated with our cancellation policy. I want to start by sharing that our cancellation policy was set up in an effort to be 100% fair to all of our members. We do offer a membership plan that can be canceled at anytime and for any reason- our month to month plan. We also offer 6 and 12 month plans that come at a lower monthly rate but lock you into that timeframe. All of our plans allow members to cancel within 30 days for any reason as well. If one of our 6 or 12 month members requests to cancel we can do that but ask that they pay back the difference in savings they've enjoyed thus far in the membership. This then allows us to move you to the month to month plan where we can easily cancel. We owe it to our month to month members who pay a slightly higher premium for that flexibility to enforce this. It does look like you've been working with our Customer Loyalty Team and they've offered this option to you. We are more than happy to move forward with your cancellation once you confirm your desire to move to our month to month plan. As always, we would much rather work together with you to re-build your confidence in our product and share some of our most recent updates (like free nutritional coaching via chat for all members). Lastly, we absolutely will share this feedback with our leadership team as we are committed to always using member feedback to evolve our product and member experiences.

Love it!
Love it!! It was so easy to use and gave result in about 2 minutes. The results are very accurate and let’s you know where you stand with the results and give you helpful tips as to how you can better your results. Will be using this to continue to track my health.

I love the concept of Vessel
I love the concept of Vessel! I have never had any product like this and it inspire me to make healthy changes in my lifestyle. They are always asking for feedback and I see direct changes to the feedback I give!

A dedicated trailblazer in home health
By far the most dedicated company I’ve found with trying to bring easy-to-use healthy technology to the home. A customer service team that has always impressed and FREE chats with nutritionists that are so smart and helpful. Still getting value from testing regularly as I hone in on what my body as an individual needs to perform at its best.
