Working with VeryApt, and Scott in particular, made our Philadelphia apartment search much easier than expected -- even enjoyable. Neither my husband nor I had ever lived in Philly and we didn't know the neighborhoods well. With commutes in opposite directions and not many preferences other than having a dishwasher, we were overwhelmed with all the possible apartments and we didn't have a good idea of what we could expect in our price range. VeryApt's website was comprehensive and allowed us to change our preferences to see difference price/location/amenities combinations. It was a great way to get a handle on the rental market. (One word of warning- not all the photos are accurate since they are stock photos, not actual photos of available units. But with that in mind, we could ask for actual photos or for a more detailed description of each unit). We were moving from about three hours away on the East Coast, so we were able to come down a few times to look at apartments, but the first time we did without VeryApt's guidance we didn't get very far. Working with Scott, we saw tons of places we liked and finally we were choosing between three apartments we would have been equally happy to live in. Scott was thorough, friendly, and professional, and he helped us throughout the application process and even after, really going above and beyond to make sure our apartment search was successful. Because the company is small, everyone who works there seems highly informed about the Philly market and what renters can expect. We hope to stay in Philly for many years and we would never consider doing an apartment search without using VeryApt. Highly recommend.

I loved VeryApt's website and how easily they connected me with apartment / condo buildings that I was interested in living in in Philly in the fall. They made the apartment hunting process incredibly easy - from finding the right buildings, to scheduling showings, and all the way to getting the information I needed to make a decision. Veryapt was very helpful to compare various buildings by showing checklist for amenities, pricing range, overall user rating, and reviews. It minimizes your effort to contact different leasing offices. The best part is all of Veryapt staffs were highly responsive so I was able to get answer within a day! They also arranged and accompanied video tours with leasing office, which helped my decision to sign a lease from overseas. I would definitely recommend friends to try out! =)

I recently used VeryApt to find an apartment in Philadelphia. The platform was especially useful in the way that users are able to sort properties using a whole host of criteria. After initially logging onto the platform, I received a note from the CEO to inquire about my preferences.
