Love the lemon heads batter . Ordered and got it within the week.

My second time ordering from here my package was missing items and the product that I actually did receive looked nothing like what they were advertising it as. I've tried to reach out the support about three times and they are just ignoring me.

Mold!! We’ve bought two 56 gram bags and one 1.5 g of resin. The resin isn’t vertex’s own and is from another seller (Jungle Boys) and it was great for $10. The two ounce bags were from vertex’s warehouse as you can tell, lemon cherry gx1 and wedding cake. Lemon cherry was low in moisture and not that strong of an effect. Ok for $100. However WEDDING CAKE HAS MOLD. The $70 indoor brown heat WEDDING CAKE was molded basically totally through. We inspected each bud to see how much it had, and you can tell that they have had that sitting in an unprotected environment for a LONG TIME. It was nearly every bud. This type of mold can slowly hurt your organs and lead to hospitalization if you don’t pay attention If you buy from here hoping to get a cheap find, INSPECT. not only is it cheap but it’s bulk and not all companies (including vertex exotics) take care of their products in those cases. They won’t answer you once you do find it. We’ve seen multiple reviews about it after discovering our own. Everyone has the same problem. Mold. Reported. Ignored. Delivery really isn’t that long either so they cannot say it happened during transport, and the mold amounts are top-to-bottom full. It comes from their warehouse molded.

Buyer beware Ordered 56 grams of Blue dream. I received 28 grams of product that smelled moldy. After speaking to customer service on the day of delivery. Despite contact,after 7 days it was never resolved and I have received no response nor contact when I have emailed them about it. I will spend money elsewhere

I had purchased a 56g deal of lemon cherry gelato, and 56g of wedding cake and 1.5 strawberry shortcake live resin. The Lemon cherry gelato was very tasteful (little dry) but kinda weak. The strawberry shortcake resin was very good 10/10! But unfortunately the Wedding cake (indoor brown) 56g has MOLD. I had reported it to vertex and to my surprise answered right away telling me to send order # and pictures, which I sent right back. I wouldn’t have made that big of a deal if the mistake was fixed but vertex has straight up ignored me after they were aware of serious health problems. It’s honestly really disappointing to be ignored after such a big mess up. Mold can kill people. I checked the whole bag to just throw it all out because of its not safe and me and my fiancée and my brother all have pain under or sternum. I hope to hear back some compensation or just either making it right with replacement 56g without mold. Be safe while yall smoke.

ive been buying from this site for a while now, never had any issues at all, fastest shipping EVER, and great prices, until the other day when i recieved a ounce of some lower quality THCa. it was full of bud rot aka mold. this can seriously make you sick if consumed, i have reached out multiple times since ive found the mold and ive yet to get a response. i had no intention of publically stating they shipped me moldy weed until after i realized i would not be getting a replacement or let alone a response from their team
