I had a recent order with 3 items, 1 of the 3 items was awesome, 1 was a mis-pick, and the other appeared heat stressed. On the day I received the product I contacted customer service via email, I sent pictures, with a detailed explanation of the issues. The response was immediate (think AI), but once I was able to have some email discussions with a Vertex customer service representative, Vertex cleared up my concerns to my satisfaction. I will have no problem purchasing from these guys again in the future.

Listen up unlike them other guys VE has freaky fast delivery, ordered late Tuesday received late Friday. The product analyzation, since it was my first time ordering with VE I ordered some cheap bud. They must have my cousin Vinny working for them cause it was slightly stimmy, nothing deal breaking but still stimmy. They bud smoked as advertised. Conclusion You Get What You Pay For! I will be placing another order with them tonight. Have a HIGH DAY! DH
