I was sent someone else's order . I have been going back in forth with customer service for 2hours now. They keep saying they can't prove it's me from my email address. Of course not because it's someone else's order. I have had 6 orders from them and never had an issue. I was really starting to like this place but this is too much. I could see if It was my fault. They say they are trying to locate my order. Well how about try the guy whose order I received. He definitely isn't sending it back he got free product. Now this man has all my info and I have his . Until it is resolved this is my 1 rating.

If been shopping around online for over two years. Vertex by far has top shelf carts and disposable,true to strain inhale exhale and terpen stacking accordingly. Delivery service is impeccable. Will be a steady customer this point out.

Ugh I'm pissed. My package came but half the stuff was missing. 1 of the drinks i got and both of the oz of bud i got were not in the pack. They're on the packing slip but not included. I've emailed, ive texted, I've done all the things, they will not answer😔 😠 😡 😤 I took photos and emailed. Nothing 😔

Hi, product suck! everything I received was brownish and too moist like it hasn't been cured properly. The buds were very tight and hard to break with LOTS! of tiny twigs, lots of trims and stems in all my strains. You will loose half the weight on twigs, stems etc. These products may have different names but they all appears to look the same. I sent a complained about the product not matching pictures or description and having barely any effects. I sent them pictures and nothing was ever done, I was ignored. Anyway I took another chance made a second order which I regret. I order 1 oz of mix and match and both 14g bags had lots! of shakes, trims, twigs, stems, and the micro buds all fill with twigs tiny stems and I will pull out very little flower after breaking the buds. Also all the strains I received were darkish and not green with an odd smell. I emailed them at least 30 or more times and they only responded a couple times. They ask for pictures which I sent and then I was told to keep bags sealed and wait for next step. I was also told not to open the package and keep it sealed. Is now over 2 weeks and nothing was ever done and I've been ghosted ever since. Customer service sucks, they never did anything about my order and I was eventually ghost ignored. They will respond once or twice to pretend to help you. So No refund No exchange No store credit No nothing. You will be stuck with their shitty product and loose your money. I guess they don't care about loosing customers because they know there's always new customer that will try their website... Maybe the people leaving good reviews probably bought the top tier more expensive flower which might be better quality than their cheaper price stuff. My guess. Long story short don't waste your time or your money with Vertex, you will be gambling and probably end up disappointed. Those positive review that are shown in trustpilot are maybe fake or generated by them. You've been warned best of luck 🤞

Ive used Vertex for months no problems really but just got my 2 oz deal in and when I opened the box and felt and it didnt feel like the normal 2oz bluedream Ive ordered several times and as soon as I saw the bag I was like somethings off so I threw the bag on the scale and its close to 20 grams short which sucks but after sending numerous messages to different outlets they offer for customer service ive heard nothing so I am going to file a complaint with Better Business Bereau this week ..really disappointed that in times we are in with high cost of low living that a company can scam a numerous repeat customer
